The Theosophical Centre at Mt.Helena is 43 km from the Perth CBD (47 min drive) and 34 km from the Perth Airport (34 min drive); is a nine hectare (21.75 acres) property set in a quiet rural environment on the edge of Leschenaultia Conservation Park. Only a 12km hike/ drive to the beautiful Lake Leschenaultia for a dawn meditation!
The Mt Helena Study Centre offers:
- A fully equipped lecture/activity room with capacity for 50 people, alongside a reading/lounge room, dining room and self catering vegetarian only kitchen.
- There are four residential chalets with a capacity of 23 beds.
- The lovely Bush Chalets and shower block are currently scheduled for an upgrade.
In addition, there are two private dwellings rented to Theosophical Members.
The retreat is ideally suited for contemplative and educational events such as meditation, yoga, health, healing, personal growth/development and environmental groups.
Whilst the Centre has been established for the use of Theosophical Society members, it is also available for hire by other groups, organizations or individuals that have a current insurance certificate and understand the proposed activities be in harmony with the peaceful atmosphere which has been established.
No smoking or alcohol consumption permitted on the property.
